SKED is the Skardin’s new world-class Factory operative since September 2016 in the Fujian province, built on a total of 47.700 SqM owned land.
Capability and machines
Production Capacity
- SMT lines: 7 lines + 1 short line (for bottom PCB);
- SMT productivity: 6329.4k points/day;
- Assembly lines: 5 lines;
- Assembly productivity: 300 sets/hour per line;
- Factory production capacity: 400k sets/month;
- Additional 25% capacity ready in-house floor space;
- Additional equivalent 60% capacity by extra plant-area available for expansion.
Factory Staff & Facilities
The Factory facilities size is 24.000 SqM. Dormitory, Recreational area
and Hotel for International guests are covering an area of 12.000 SqM.
Total factory employees: 640 people.
Of which:
- Factory workers: 570 people;
- Direct technical engineers: 30 people;
- Direct Quality management: 40 people.
